Eric Franco spent more than two decades working inside the multifamily industry — not evaluating it from the outside, but living it from the inside. He built his career progressing through leasing, operations, systems training, and ultimately learning and development leadership, serving as both a National Systems Trainer and a Director of Training.
In those roles, Eric trained hundreds of leasing professionals, designed onboarding and coaching frameworks, implemented enterprise systems like Entrata across large portfolios, and built performance improvement programs that produced measurable results. He understood what it took to convert a prospect — and what it looked like when a team wasn't doing it.
